    Hello. i reached ranged attack rating with Crossbows to 299 skill points about 2 weeks ago. Since that was happen i can't get my 300 skill point. I'm trying to shoot a lot all that time (include int buff), but it doesn't work. Thanks.

    I think luck is not the reason for this problem. It seems like a bug.
