There's a lot of people out there who claim to be Game Masters who really aren't. Our Game Masters do not reveal who they are on their personal accounts as it's against our policy. We all play too you know! :)

Are you submitting any evidence alongside your ticket beyond "so-and-so is hacking"? You'll need to either get screenshots and/or video (which is more helpful) to make it easier on the GMs. They need to be caught in the act and not just go against someone's word, unfortunately.

In my opinion - you're going to enjoy Elysium in the long run as it's the freshest and you've got the best chance of staying caught up with content. Level past the crowded areas. If you're not fond of getting ganked, then roll on Darrowshire. Everyone will have an opinion regardless!

Try this: Go to the main menu on the Google Authenticator app Tap More (triple dots), Settings. Tap Time correction for codes Tap Sync now

Are you using the Google Authenticator app, or something else?

Hi Bilt, When you got your new phone, did you re-setup your authenticator using the original QR code that you were emailed when you first set up 2FA? Or did you set up an entirely new authenticator? Also: iOS or Android?

Log into the Control Panel and then resend the email. Sometimes it doesn't work on the first try.
