Hi, I just took the boat from booty bay to ratchet and my hero has disappeared from the screen and I only see the sky around me as if falling off it. Char name: Shpinda, ELYSIUM PVP I have raised a ticket asking for help but nothing so far. Would appreciate someone getting me down to ground. NOTE: cannot use 'unstuck' option as apparently I'm moving. Same happens when trying to use my hearstone. PLEASE HELP! Many thanks!
