Elapsed

I took a break from Elysium for a little while, now when I try to log in again It does not seem to work. I tried changing the password but I still cant seem to log into the forum or the control page on the website. When I try to log into the game I just get a contact customer support after supplying my 2FA code. I had to create this extra account to be able to post here.

Sorry for getting back so late but i have been out of country. For my original account I tried changing password both on the main page/control page and for the forum part but both seem to be blocked.
