    Other Server Database Compromise

Excuse my being slow at this kind of stuff, but where do I put this command in? Do all the spaces have to be there?

    SFK bugged for pally quest?

So tonight a guild mate and I tried to run to the stables. After killing the first boss, we talked to the mage guy, but he wouldn't budge and neither of us had the option to ask for the door to be unlocked? Is this a common issue? Any ideas on a fix?

    New to tanking

Thanks guys. Will work on getting this stuff in order. I know I need new gear, but finding it seems tough. I have never managed to gather much gold, and know that gear is #1 on the list. When the time comes getting the mount will be tough. Hopefully I can respect and jump into WC this weekend if I can find a willing group to take a newb tank.

    New to tanking

So I played WoW for a while but left. Came back to Vanilla and thought it would be great to roll a warrior and tank. So I have been climbing in levels, and the other day I was told to not level as protection and level as something else to make it go faster. I figured being prot from the git go would be best, but is this not so? Also are there any guilds people suggest for learning the do's and don'ts for a new tank. The one dungeon I have done, I could barely keep threat off a shaman (both of use were level 19). Gues I have a lot to learn and am looking for advice. Thanks

    new player

Hi and welcome. I just started too. I would say go for Horde if you like them. I changed things up a little and moved my warrior to be a Tauren. While the horde is fairly "light" on players while I play during the week, there still seems to be a healthy slug of players on line at those time.

    Just saying hi

Oh when I say "time for more characters then I can play" I mean having a main, and a bunch of alts I play from time to time to learn the other classes. Character activity would be something I would be concerned about because the last time I tried to play a rouge he made level 13 or 14 and I couldn't handle it any more. He basically sat doing nothing. I have never had an interest in being on of those character trains where one guys is playing them all at the same time. Not sure I could even mentally handle that mentally.

Hmm... perhaps I wasn't on the server I thought I was back in the day... My bad. I browsed them quickly and saw much that was to be expected. I can review them again. If this was stated as I did something wrong, I apologize. I thought this was the best place to say that a new player joined the server. If there is a specific forum for that, I missed it and apologize again. Please let me know if I step out of bounds in any way. Not saying you are accusing me of anything, just stating my reasoning. :P

Found out last night that the one faction per server thing is removed. Or maybe I just thought in the past that you could only have one faction per server. In which case I rerolled my Dwarf as a paladin and am thinking about a Tauren Warrior. Time to have more characters then I can play by the looks of things.

Yea I thought would be best to stick to what I knew. It was a tough decision as going horde would have made things a new experience. Could always reroll on horde if I feel like it.

    Just saying hi

Just saying hi. I recently found out about this and am really excited. I started playing WoW in 2005 after watching a friend's dad play it. I played casually until shortly before the WotLK came out when a buddy had me run with them. Typically a Dwarf player, I rolled a Troll Hunter and hit 70 quickly, like spent years getting my Dwarf to 67 or so and had this guy at 70 in the matter of a week or two thanks to some guide I followed. With WotLK out I got to 80 and felt very blah about the day to day play stopped playing after a couple months. I got Warcraft 3 running again, and got all nostalgic for what WoW used to be like. found this group and signed up. Played for a small amount and quickly remembered that the game was different back when I started (I forgot I can't just bull rush a mob and take them all out at low tiers and paid the price for it). I have a Dwarf Warrior which I never ran before so tanking will be an interesting experience. Looking forward to stepping up and doing more dungeons and even some raid this time around. Plan on trying different stuff out. See ya out there.
