I took a few months off and apparently got hacked and banned in that time frame. About 3 weeks ago now I posted in the ban appeal forum to see if there was anyway I could get my account back. A GM replied almost immediately and had me enable 2FA. I did so, they said they'd issue an unban, and that was it. But its been almost 3 weeks now, and I still can't log in to the game. I tried posting a second ban appeal, but that was just closed with no response.
Anybody else having this issue? How long does it take to get the account back? Or did they just change their mind?
