On the Microsoft authenticator it only recognised one code even when I scanned each of the bar codes individually ( I scanned all 4 and with each scan it recognised the key being linked to Elysium project and my in game username) On the Duo Mobile It created 4 seperate keys, one for each scanned bar code. I tried each one individually at login but none worked. I tried uninstalling the apps and then re-scanning but it didn't make a difference.

Where the option was available I did. On Google's app it told me that no syncing was necessary as the clocks were already synced. What else can I do?

Have either of you got this resolved? I'm having the same issue, used the DUO mobile authenticator and the Microsoft authenticator and neither is working.

Hey guys, my phone underwent a reset and I lost a few of my apps (authenticator included) When I reinstalled the app on my phone I scanned the barcodes that had been sent through my email but none of them worked. I had 4 potential barcodes that would have worked (when I initially requested two factor authentication the emails weren't coming through so I spammed that button like a madman and they all came through later). I was playing on the server yesterday evening but this morning after my phone reset I appear to be locked out now. Any chance you guys can help me out. Thanks in advance!
