I logged back on to el after being gone for a month and i remember before i last logged off i was killed. Now I come back and my shaman has 18 day res sickness. Guess I'll play in a few weeks or can this be fixed lmao

I was hacked a couple days ago and lost all my 28 gold. I am getting whispers from randoms and one friend saying that the hacker sent gold ads to people in the mail and I really do not ant to be perm banned on top of being hacked. I changed my password and i am getting two factor now. Can an admin help me so I will not be banned please? i contacted through website and did an in game ticket. My character is Scrototemz level 25 troll shaman on Elysium-PvP. I am coming here because idk if the in game ticket system works and id like a reply so I don't continue on and get banned later.
