I won't be able to log into my account. I entered my email wrong when i created my account to transfer my characters from Nost, once i had done the transfer, i obviously couldn't edit the email address. I missed the "l" in gmail... (wrote gmai instead) No i have characters on Anethema and Elysium which i play every day, so i am losing access to my account because of this new feature? I have made GMs aware of this in the past... There will be many, many players in my situation or similar with no more access to their emails as i see you have addressed, but the solution must be available at the same time, we can't get locked out of our accounts because of this.

I have just had my account restored from a ban. I had addons installed that i have been using for a long time. But recently i changed the font. Copying frostadamus ui from youtube. The servers warden auto ban system flagged me and auto banned me. I was unbanned a few days ago. But i wouldnt risk it. I lost 12 days of access to my account while appealing. I see pottu says its safe. Which is probably why i was unbanned. But ban appeals can take 2+ weeks. Is it worth the risk?

Yeah i realise now. I have reinstalled all my addons. Game is playable once again haha

Ty for advice. I have just had my account restored from a false positive ban and am a bit weary as to what caused me to be flagged by warden. I did change the font. Copying frostadamus ui from youtube. So that is what i am thinking causes the flagging. But i was never told exactly. So i understand better. Addons are fine. But changing fonts isnt? (I have logged in with a fresh client. No addons or anything). I really miss bongos, lunar and titan panel. Just looking for some clarification. Please and thankyou

Lunar unit frames Questie Lazypig Ecastingbar Theorycraft Atlasloot enh Titan panel Omnicc Dotimer Onebag Ct main for shield/bubble timer Ctmail mod Damagemeters I dont want any false flags with warden or being banned for using any of these addons. Are they 100% safe?

Hello. I made a mistake in the spelling of my email address when creating my account during token transfers from nost. My account has been closed. But i was disconnected as i was playing. It doesn't say banned. It just just says closed. I have been playing since nost. I brought all my chars from nost. But i dont play then anymore. I just play my Elysium chars. I have had no issues so far. When i log in it says my account is closed and no longer in use. Can my email misspell (therefore never verifying account) cause my account closure? I have submitted a ban appeal in the correct area. But it's not a banned account. Its closed. Its been 5 days. But i do not believe i am banned. I can still log into control panel. But i cant send a password reset cos my email is invalid. Its missing 1 obvious letter. Surely there is another way to restore my account? What should i do? I have many characters and have invested alot of time into my whole account. Looking for some advice/help from gms. Please and thankyou.

G'day, i have made an appeal in the correct area. Just wondering what the turn around time is approx, 2 days? 3? I believe i have been banned by a bot of some kind on a false positive. Losing valuable play time and falling behind my friends. What can be done?
