Some time ago my account was closed and I don`t know why. Can you "unban" it?

Hey, apparently my old account has been banned for no reason. I have characters created with certain names, and now when I tried to make another account and use those names to play I can`t use them because my banned chars have those names. Is there any way to "set free" those names?
