Dear Elysium Team, Today I tried to log me in, with the WoW client - like I do every time. This time I got told my account information was wrong. After trying a few times I was very sure not to have misspelled either the password or the account name. So I tried to log me in on the website, which didn't work as well. Next step was to recover my password. I got asked for the username and associated e-mail address. I typed in both of them, did the "I am not a robot"-challenge and pressed the send button. Seconds later I got told "The username or the email is wrong.", which confused me even more. Now I am opening this topic, to seek out for help. Greetings, Zababa Edit: Sorry for providing that little information about my accounts name and mail address, but I somehow feel uncomfortable posting them here visible for everyone.

Another update: Today I tried to register a new account with the same e-mail adress and I succeeded. Still, it is the same e-Mail adress I once registered my original account with. It seems my old account got somehow separated from my e-mail adress.

Update: Tried to log in today, but it didn't work. The account/password recovery didn't work as well. So everything's just like yesterday. But a GM approved I am not banned, so this seems not to be the issue.
