Is it allowed for me to change the death sounds of all the main 8 races with a custom death sound or will I get banned for that?

Hi, Onionlayers here, that lazy warrior in the guild, saying that we don't need anymore people like me, as in me, taking forever to level to 60.

So I was running SM Armory trying to grind the Herod Shoulders and apparently I was banned about 10 minutes ago, No GM took me to GM Island, no GM messaged me, and I didn't do anything wrong all day. I would've been able to grind about 10G in the time of me getting banned so why was I banned? My character's name is <snip>. Server is Elysium, and I dont know why I was banned.

I was grinding last night for 30 Bloodscalp Tusks and the Essence of Exile to complete this quest so I can fight Cyclonian and get my Whirlwind Axe. My problem is the quest giver in the Alterac Mountains won't take my items for some reason. I was thinking of abandoning the quest and regrabbing it but it makes me destroy the 30 Tusks and Essence. Is anyone able to help me with this issue? Thanks.

If it gets actually deleted is support able to send me a new set of stuff I lost?

It told me in the action of abandoning the quest it would destroy my Essence of the Exile and all 30 Bloodscalp Tusks
