In terms of pve raiding it's too early to tell but I'll say this... Alliance seems to win every open world target. Both sides know how the open world targets work, but one is far more organized. You would think horde would accidentally get a kill by now with superior numbers, but nope.

There is no wrong faction. Horde leveling up is ezmode and and get to stare at a bg timer at level 60. Alliance leveling can be brutal and the 60 BG game is great. Each side cries about something. Personally? I'd rather not be on the side that makes being level 60 worse, but that's just my opinion.

It wont have much impact at all and it wont make things better. OP was asking if things will get better for horde with a server combine, they wont, and if you're suggesting they will then lets hear it. Similar is not the same, adding 51%+ is still going to make it worse even if it's by a small margin.

If you suspect that it's going to be the reason you quit then my suggestion would be to change servers now or avoid that zone and level other ways. The only zone in the entire game that has more players in it is The Barrens (horde) so the odds that you'll be ganked many times as alliance are insanely high.

If horde wants to make their BG queue longer by preventing their competition from leveling it's their choice. It's a video game, do whatever is fun, both sides have their pro/con. Horde gets more downtime and less action but have the numbers to win more often (wpvp only). Alliance has a harder time leveling but get instant action and don't have to stare at a BG timer for 15 minutes.

BG times will only get worse as more horde imbalanced servers combine. Enjoy the queue times while preventing your competition from leveling/queuing with wpvp, vicious cycle. Do whatever is fun for you in game but don't complain about the consequences.
