    Blizzard gets away with DAYS of lag or servers being down a lot longer on a yearly basis, at which the servers aren't playable for days. Now the one time something major actually happens here (where you play for free) they'e beyond open and honest towards the community and all I hear is bitching and moaning. They're doing their best and i'd assume they'll learn from this lesson so something similar most likely won't ever happen again. I would how ever like an ETA on when the servers will be back up and running.
