And how should i know who to report when i don't know who logged in the account ? ??????

Now my account is scammed and some stole gold from it!Can someone help me with this issue ? And the quest "That's asking a lot" is bugged - i got all the materials for the quest but can't turn em to recieve the reward...please help!

So,I've played yesterday and i was 54 lvl...went to Orgrimmar to learn the new ranks of my abilities and everything is fine and dandy till i logged in today and i found that im 53 lvl - don't have gold for my abilities...they are the old ranks and i don't have the xp,level and quests...pls fix back ur issues...please!
