A Long while ago, when you had your character transfers open i transfered my account, now today i login and see no characters online, I also login to the website to see what might be the issue and i see this message:

However, it seems the account you just transferred has no characters on it!

Picture of Gear & Bags few days before the nost servers where taken down
Is there any way to fix this? Would be sad if i lost character, If there's any additional details you might need ill be happy to supply them.
