Someone was griefing by placing there doom guard on aggressive and having it attack players who aren't marked, you couldn't see who was controlling it when it attacked. Basically putting the demon in the corner so you couldn't see it when walking in to the building for the quest, then it one hits you preventing you to complete the quests in the building. Here is a picture I could manage before running away, as you can see just stacks of skulls and then log shows my dmg taken.
