Downed C'thun in retaill (in patch 1.11) on a server that had been live for 4 months. The diffrence between today and then is everything is known. When Nihilium world first killed C'thun it was the first time a whole raid flasked (titans in that case). Today you know all tactics, you have farmed your mara, you know all the shit to use. Comparing a private server to retail 10 years ago is like comparing 2 diffrent things. The gear on the people we had on most clearing c'thun in retail would barely get passed in a normal guild on this server. From what Ive done and seen in AQ it feels pretty balanced and yeh things die fast cause everyone is doing atleast 100 more dps on average then in retail I would say cause of gear/cons/rotation.
