From another private server, transfer character ?

Hello, I'm from another one private server, which has closed his doors recently... This private server had same XP and loot rate. I would like to know if its possible to transfer my main characters here ? Obviously i need mainly the lvl60, i don't want to lvl up again, again and again... Thanks for help !
