Hey guys, i want to ask about in-game tickets. I created an ingame-ticket yesterday and dont know if it can be "visible" for GM's. It says "You have an open ticket" "Your ticket will be serviced soon". Does it mean i'm supposed to wait now? Thanks for reply, Peace! :)
