Hello, I've been trying to get back on my account. I lost my log in information, I just want to play on my account. I tried to start over but cannot create a new one since my email is used already. Do you ever answer when we contact? As of now that is a no, I've sent multiple queries and not one response. I'm using a gmail account as was suggested not to use Hotmail / outlook. Just want to enjoy some vanilla but can't since you refuse to ever answer
