I started playing on Elysium when it first went online, then other things got in the way so I had to quit at around lvl 39. A month or two later when i logged in again all my stuff was gone, all gold and gear, bank as well. And I was just pissed and exited the client, didn't really care at the time. But then I tried to log in because i wanted to start playing again, but now the account was perma banned. How can i reclaim my account? This isn't my main account, had to make a new one to post here. Also I just activated the authentication service for future security. Please contact me.
