Yesterday and just now I was looking for a group using my standard macro which sends messages in 3 channels. I can understand that this might be automatically seen as spam but to mute me for 2 hours is kinda excessive imo. This caused both my groups to fall apart and not being able to do anything with anyone. Got a GM to unmute me but doesn't get my group back.
My request is to either soften the punishment on the spamming or informing / show warning on when the auto-mute will trigger.
