hey. so i did open a ticket ingame as you told me. Since then i havnt got any information about anything really. Its gone two days and all i want to know is, is it under progress? how will i know if the characters are able to get back or not? thanks!

Recently when i logged on the server to play after couple of weeks, i noticed nearly all my characters are gone? even tho the highest level is around 40 i think, i would still like to have the characters back :( would love some help with this! thanks!
