I've just talked to my ISP and they said there's absolutely nothing they can do unless I give them an IP to unblock. The IPs for the servers seem to be unblocked and so are the login servers, so I don't know what it could be. Have any clue any other IPs I could ask them to unblock?

Yup, 100% able to connect with a VPN.

Installing a VPN now. I've already talked to my ISP about this multiple times, I honestly do think it may just be on my side. Elysium's the only thing I've ever been unable to connect to, and it didn't start happening until about 6 months ago.

Thanks, I've already tried port forwarding. I just now updated my router's firmware, didn't seem to fix anything. I don't have any extra network cards, and I doubt that's the issue considering I've changed mine out a couple months ago. Changing my lan cable also yields no results so far. Here's my results on the pinging of 8.8.8.8

Don't have any other connections to use at all. I'm using a wired connection on my PC as well.

This first started happening on my old hard drive. And no, I was using Windows 10 but now I'm using Windows 7.

Already reinstalled fresh twice on a new hard drive. I don't think this could be the problem.

I've been having major issues logging into the server for the past 6 months straight. At one point I thought this was isp related, so I called my isp and made sure they hadn't had any IP's blocked for me, they checked all the server IPs and the Logon IP and said none are blocked. I've tried pinging these IPs myself and I'm losing my packets on every single one. My account is in good standing, so it couldn't have been a ban. I've tried just about everything there is to try at this point and want to play some Elysium again very badly. I've tried port forwarding, pinging the server IPs, turning off firewall, etc. I have no clue what the issue could be at this point. The strange thing is sometimes when I log in I actually get the "Success!" message, and get to the server selection. When I select a server, it says "Logging in to game server" until it eventually just stops. If anyone could possibly help with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Update: Almost a month in and I still can't log in. Starting to get pretty ridiculous.

No luck. I have no idea how it could be a port forwarding issue when I've played on Elysium for months and it's never given me any kind of issue until 2 weeks ago. None of these ports seem to be blocked either.

Looks like either there's no fix or no one wants to help. It's been 2 weeks since I've been able to continue leveling and it's super frustrating.

Still no fix found, would appreciate any kind of help that could help me log back on.
