Non of my characters are showing in my control panel, is there a way to reset it. Ive tried changing passwords and tried loggin in on Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. Any help much appreciated, thanks.

Same here, tried to log in but now says account has been closed but still have access to control panel. Please investigate and unlock my account, thanks.
