Blackenned

Hello, I have been trying for two days to reset my password and enable two factor authentication on my account however the emails are not arriving. I am trying every hour or so to resend them and nothing happens. I have to do these two things in order to get my account unbanned. Can anyone help with this as i am trying everything from my end without any luck.

It is not working. Tried again an still cannot receive anything.

Played the game for a couple of hours, logged out and now i get the same issue as the others above. What has happened? I can log in to the control panel without issues.
