From the way I see it, there are 5 learnings:
	- Nothing wrong with the guild Breakthrough or it's DKP system.
	- The raidleader should not have suggested for the loot to go to a rogue, that goes against the DKP system and leans towards the loot council system.
	- If you are getting 6 pieces of loot in 3 weeks and you don't get your 7th, I think you should only be happy that someone else got some gear as well.
	- Be flexible and try to be open minded to people making mistakes from time to time.
	- If you are not getting the help you need, ask yourself: am I helping others myself ? A mistake often made is that people immediately ask for help when joining a guild, but never/rarely offer their help when it is needed.
