I would have not done this, only if I got the right decision. Just like I posted, I thank the effort of the GM team, but I know what I did and what I did not, that`s why posting here after the 3rd appeal got declined. Anyhow, I understand as long as I am playing in this server, I am abide to the rules and should show my utmost respect to the GMs together with their decisions. Since my voices has been heard, and you guys are truely giving me another review, I would respect what`s to come whatever it is. To be honest, I am not even the guy himself, Laiy is my closest friend who does not understand cow about English and already chose AFK after this heart breaking news. I just don`t wanna see such great experience go away from him nor more and more friends AFKing for god knows what the reason is without even clear the cloud with the community, and after hours of checking with him about the facts, I chose to appeal in his name. As Indormi said, this will be final, and the decision will be respected.

That`s the point, only reason I would think of is that I had trade transactions with people who`s turned out to be or judged as a gold seller. But I also mentioned that the materials borrowed has been returned to me 100%. I believe the GM team has the ability to check those transactions and prove what I claim is true.

I see Mytchi3 really read and understood my case, that`s just what I was doing and I believe some ppl is doing it too. And for the record, I do buy stuff from the AH a lot, how else would I get those consumables right?

I feel you, Mahtan, cuz it just happened in my case. I would not make all these fuss if I really did what I am accused. It`s just pure absurd for ppl like me who knows how to farm gold by their own buying from sellers. A banned account is not the worse part, its being treated wrong frustrates me and hurts feelings.

I don`t think you got my point m8, I am the one with enough gold, how on earth should I buy any from others?

Dear Elysium, I have made three appeals at "Ban Appeal section" and....., I made a thread in "Help%Support section" and was told its in the wrong section. I genuinely don`t know to whom can I address my situation, so here it goes. The thing is my account was banned two weeks ago. In the first appeal, I was told my account doesnt even exist. Then I had to make another one to explain that it does exist, and I was told i was caught buying gold from a gold seller, clean as I know I was and controversial as the answers were, I made a third one, tried to be convincing and specified several facts of my account activities, and I thank GM Indormi for his/her 3 hours of data checking. However I am not satisfied with the result because I know what I did and did not. I am a core raider of my guild who`s required to pop consumables during raids, to meet the requirement, I had my other two accounts farming materials and gold and then transfer them to my banned main. You can say I m rich with in-game gold in a way, and I even occasionally give out gold to my friends for them to get their consumables. So how could someone like me need to buy gold through RMT(Real Money Trade)? It could be a relief if I drop this game and stop fighting my wife for the 4 hours evening raid hours, but a stand up guys` feeling has been hurt with such judgment and my intention was even going NAXX with my friends and guildies. Please unban my account and you will find out its the right decision to make. Regards,
