Hey everyone, I just finished up Teldrassil today and had to hand in my final quests to Fandral Staghelm. He is no longer at his original place! Quite a few people have been waiting for him for quite a while and apparently he has been gone for hours already. What's up here? Edit: this is at Elysium BTW, woops.
