Well, judging from your evidence there I'd say the mage might aswell have helped the warrior out with a quest? Boosting is not okay, on that I agree, but given the evidence presented here I'd say there might be more than one way to interpret this situation :P and as Hurricane2 said, make an in-game ticket :) Have a great day ^^
