I have added 2 way authentication to my account

Account Name: E-Mail Associated With Account: Server Name: Highest Level Character Name: Ban Reason/Notes: Hi, I tried to log into my account today after about a week of not playing and it says it has been banned. I tried to reset my password but the link I got in my email would not work, it just took me back to the control panel. I will attempt to add a 2 way authentication. Thanks
