Looking for advice on elemental PvP

First of all, I'm looking for guidance gearing-wise. Which pieces are easy to obtain (reputations, crafting, quest) or must-haves. If I should stick to mostly mail (for survivability) or should go for some cloth/leather ones for more raw damage. Then stat priority and possible upgrades would be nice. I'm still in the leveling process so... And last, any general tips (regarding profession choice, macroing, racial use, etc) would be appreciated. I'm not a new shaman yet my vanilla experience is null so any help is welcome. PS: I'm leveling on Elysium server.
  2. As title says . I am aware ot the stereotypical threat of UD's WotF and such (tremor totems, etc) and have general PvE knowledge (i.e build, item -gear, consumables, recipes, etc-, encounter-wise) and have experience as lock (played tbc as SL/SL, deep afflock during wotlk, at least regarding PvP) but no vanilla-specific experience. I am mostly a PvP-focused player. My focus is intended to be mainly wPvP with some BG premading in a mostly min-maxed (mostly since I'm considering a human, even if I know gnomes are slightly better, just don't want to play as a midget) tailor/eng warlock with proper consumables (including a bunch of SS in the bag). Mainly look for potential tips on outplaying WotF and other alliance-only lock threats (i.e. shaman stuff mostly), pet usage, potential items to counter and uses (skull of impeding doom comes to mind)... Just looking in ways to improve myself and outplay better, specially against hard ones like the classic UD rogue. Reasoning things is encouraged.

    First Aid problem

According to vanillagaming database that quest requires 225 FA to be able to get it, so get that skill point. Then you'll be open to get it done.

    Looking for class choice advice

Hey all. I'm a vanilla newbie (my WoW experience is reduced to late TBC till early Cataclysm). Which options are there (and prefered) for hybrid classes for a non-healing setup? My main focus is PvP (either wPvP or bg), though I'd rather minimize my healing focus overall (even though I'm open to and will keep a healing set for occasional heal runs, just don't want it to be main focus). I just care about harsh (or boring) leveling. There's no problem with needing (and keeping) various gear sets or consumables to be fine. Being hard to gear isn't an issue either. Hard playstyles are fine (powershifting and such). To make it clear, I will point up my all-time go-to classes/specs were enh shaman (not considering it here since according to my research it ends up as a one-trick-pony slot machine windfury bot...Furthermore I expect rolling alliance so no shams anyway) and my main was always a dedicated feral (both cat and bear) druid (even though got forced to heal for quite a while and ended up hating it). All in all I'm open for other suggestions yet it doesn't help my best non-hybrid isn't in good shape either (deep affli lock when DoTs scale poorly...). Any guidance is welcome. Thanks in advance.

    Looking for class choice advice

To make it clear I was asking for something not a full-decked healer. Most hybrids (i.e druid, pally, shaman, priest) have healing spells and approach so in the end healing is part of the core class. But one thing is a brawler or damage dealer with spot heals (Spriest, reckbomb pally, Fdruid) and a fully different one is a fully dedicated healing-focused character like a stereotypical Hpally. I just have no interest in the latter at all.
