Imp HS: Actually better than Imp Execute when fight duration is long. 2. Imp Execute: Good in short fights. 3. Imp Overpower: Good for Flurry fishing 4. Piercing Howl: Good for some fights requiring kiting. other variances without anger management, might be good aswell.

Link to Source Code Calculation behind Weapon skill against lvl 63 mobs: Note that a BiS list is a absolute BiS combination of items, meaning having them all is best possible min/max. Changing only one item around may change what is better elsewhere. What is best differ from class to class/boss to boss and if you have buffs or not. You wanna have 9 hit and as high attack power and crit as possible, but at some point, usually with songflower, your crit gets better than your crit cap, then you wanna stack more hit or weapon skill to increase your crit cap while still maintaining a good attack power. Without songflower you focus more on crit because reaching crit cap is much harder. Alliance get more value from stats because of kings and since they don't have windfury they can apply crit stones to MH aswell as dense stone to OH, while horde only apply dense stone to OH. This results in humans stacking more hit fully buffed than horde, to support the good crit.

Hit is stacked to increase ones crit cap, when crit cap is supported AP and crit has much more value, remember this is absolute BiS combination, i am not calculating item A against item B i'm calculating set A vs set B, and does that at different fight duration's. Thanks, the BiS is made around 60 sec fight, Slayers Crest is better than DFT/Kiss of the spider even in longer fights, Badge is however beaten by kiss of the spider at longer fights.

WOW! Your actually completely right about that, i totally overlooked it because using Ghoul Skin over Plated Abom will put you at 7 hit, which is effectively 1,6 miss on BT and Execute, which is not affected by wep skill. But it seems like its a upgrade of 2dps in no buffs set. If it actually is worth it would be up to you, cus 1,6 miss on BT and Execute makes you more vulnerable to RNG misses to just benefit 2dps increase at "balanced" RNG.

yes it can proc of basically everything, have not tested with ironfoe tho, but it proccs of WF extra hits, so i guess ironfoe aswell :)

Changed proccrate for MSA in the sheet to 3ppm and changed it to equip type of procc instead of chance on hit. Meaning it can procc from WhiteMHConnects/YellowConnects/WindfuryConnects/HoJConnects/SSConnects/WhiteOHConnects Main post is updated. 29.08.2017

+19% not 15% correct, also execute wont get affected even tho the spell requires melee weapon. The spell is just a trigger to check if you have enough rage to use execute then a second spell is cast, this spell is what takes damage at the mob, this does not require melee weapon. So even tho the weapon skill gives hit you should still have 9%. Does this make weapon skill bad? no, its still good cause the decrease in miss chance also make your crit cap higher with whites, and it also reduces glancing blows damage reduction.

Prestors have the correct stats of 1% hit and 30 agi in the sheet, and are better than the trinkets you mentioned for alliance because of kings and for horde they are better fullly buffed. You should take a look at the last lines in the main thread, under the bis lists :)
