    Is this item even in the game? I must have ran UBRS more than 30 times by now and I haven't seen it drop once. A lot of other people are complaining about it which furthered my doubts. The cowl is supposed to have a nearly identical drop chance as the other items in the loot table. With my experience and a few other people I talked to, is it possible there's a bug somehow or did it get removed for some reason? Seriously.
