I've tried 4 different emails and I still dont get the email

After getting the password reset email I asked for another verification email then got it. Hope this helps anybody else.

I get the password reset but no verification....

I'm using gmail as my main email and still nothing....

2 days so far. It shouldn't take more then 15 mins,,, I've even checked my spam boxes none of them have been microsoft emails either.
