    Currently having an issue where Pratt McGrubbins will not give me the follow up quest "Improved Quality" ID#7733. it is a follow up to the quest "The Mark of Quality" ID#2821. I am requesting to either allow me to complete the first one again to trigger the quest again or please allow me somehow to acquire this quest. It is required for Tribal LW and I cant get it without it. Drogdar - ZK. Thank you!
