My girlfriends account seem to be gone. She played on it 2 days ago but now it doesn't seem to exist. Can't log in to game or website and can't reset password. Doesn't say anything about the account being banned or blocked, just that it simply doesn't exist.

Yep - she entered the wrong credentials. In her defense she has a fever!
