Just check your spam folder, it cant be totally blocked, registered an hour ago or so with gmail -

I've reported a hacker for million times in-game ticket and no GM take action on that. I will do it again and hope you may see this and do someting Alliance playe Raxlol lv39 using hacker in battleground of Elysium server. He used hacker for like 1 month, I reported many times and no one take care of it. And when he using that fkn hacker, no one can catch him and shape transfer has no cooldown also he used bug jump in WSG . Do something -
