Why you write not a little Script? Check all 1 Minute the Server Population, if Serverpopulation have 10 checks in follow the same Number send a SMS to the Technik Guys. There can check the Server. This is 15 Minutes work and very simple.

Ja, du musst den Client runterladen und ja Du kannst beide gleichzeitig auf deinem Rechner haben.
