Hello there
My account has been banned as it has been used by gold sellers to spam. I posted a ban appeal in which a game master told me to change my password and add an authenticator. Thing is; I can't access my account on this website. I had to create a new account to post the appeal and I used the same e-mail as the one connected to my banned account. Now, every time I attempt to reset my password, it resets the password for this new account. Is there any way to reset the password on my banned account so I can add the authenticator?
Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.
