    Trouble Logging In

    I recently had the game freeze on me after we finished Scarlet Monastery and when I forced close and tried to log back in, it said the information I imputed wasn't valid, like I had the wrong password, but I'm 100% sure I put in the correct password and I tried multiple times. Any guesses as to how to fix this?

    Booty Bay to Ratchet Ship Glitch

    I took a boat to Ratchet from Booty Bay and the loading screen came up and afterwards I'm trapped in this void or nether that's just a sunset and I don't even have a proper location. I've tried force closing, hearthstoning (which I can't do because it says I'm moving for some reason) and looking at advice online but nothing works. Also I'm on the Elysium PVP server. Any ideas?
