bruteborn

I've opened a character restoration request (deleted characters) from ingame, 5 days ago, following the guidelines on this forum, but so far no news. Tried discord, nobody from the 4-5 elysium staff I PMd answered me. Not sure what else to try. I know everyone is a volunteer here but cmon, 5 days? The ticket is still open in game, will this ever be looked at or can I just cancel it and be done with this? Thanks
