It's not about the characters. I made a new character. I didn't remember the password and i reset it.But now i can't change it and i don't want to going to my email to get the reset password to login everyday, its annoying

Haven't played for months.Came back and I didn't remember the password. After resetting it via mail, I wanted to change the password to one that i can remember. When you try to change your password the site requires a code in mail that I have no clue what it is and where i can find it.Need help. Thanks in advance.
