I was wondering the same thing to be honest. You can apply to get 2FA removed but the process has temporarily stopped so I thought that this might be a quicker method.

I've had problems receiving a verification email unless I use gmail, and even then it takes a few minutes to arrive in my junk folder. If you don't already, I recommend creating a gmail account just for your Elysium account, and make sure to check the junk file for the verification email.
