TO narrow down my issue, I believe the trouble is coming from me not fully understanding Rare files. I am new to torrents, and not sure where to find this information. I have downloaded the torrent fully and created a file for it.. what should i do from there?

I hope this is a simple fix and I've just overlooked something. I have the client downloaded using Qbittorrent, but am having difficulty opening the client. IS there I step I should take from this point that I have missed, any help is appreciated. Thanks!
