who do i contact to recover my account? I still cannot play and i'm becoming restless.

I certainly didn't activate anything, and nobody else has access to my account. How can i get this removed so I can play? I also cannot login to the account page on elysium, it says "too many requests". Is there a chance my account was hacked?
