During the 3 stress tests I had a different account with a troll shaman named 'Rokstar''. When Elysium launched we were told to make new accounts since character data would be wiped. So, when Elysium launched I made a new account and tried making the character on Elysium PvP, but... it said the name was taken. I figured it must be a bug or maybe you guys would sort out the stress test data out later.
Elysium was super full anyway so I went Zeth'kur and made my character and was perfectly happy. Now ZK is shutting down, I have to transfer. I can't reserve my main's name on Elysium PvP and can't access the old account to delete the test char either... the frustrating thing is, I'm probably the one holding the name, but I can't reach it anymore! You can check the login IP if you want, should be the same as mine and I can also provide screenshots from the stress test character in question from the stresstest proving I'm the character's owner. Is there any way my main can get to keep his name instead of needing an unnecessary name change?
