Hello, we are <Symposium>, a EU (H) guild. Previously from Zeth’Kur we are a merge of two top horde guilds <Decerto> & <Keyboard Gladiators> Despite us not aiming to be the #1 try hard guild on the server, we still try to clear content as fast as it is possible with the resources we have available. We have a strong and social friendly community that we want you to be a part of! Expectations: Below is a short list of things we would prefer you to have if you want to apply to Symposium. 1) A working mic and discord installed. Obviously in a social community of players it is very important to be able to communicate and socialise. Therefore, a working microphone is the #1 most important thing you need to be able to bring. 2) Be skilled & experienced with the game and their class. Be willing to constantly strive to improve and work with each other to improve raids. 3) You have to be a reasonable person. Rager's, loot whores, whiners or any kind of drama causing person need not apply. 4) Be over 18 years old. Raid Times Raid days Wednesday and Sunday. All raid invites start at 18.30, raid begins at 19.00 and ends at 23.00 server time (GMT +1). During progression we will also raid Thursdays until content can be cleared in tow days again. We aim to be as fast and efficient as possible during raids to shorten our raid times to the minimum possible to allow it to fit around your life as much as possible. If you cannot make 90% of raids you need not apply. Loot Loot council. Symposium use loot council and distribute loot on a number of factors: Raid Attendance Raid Participation (doing your job / consumables) Usefulness to your class And most importantly Usefulness to the Guild We strive to distribute loot to the players and classes that will help the guild as a whole achieve the best results. Although loot is on a personal level nice to have, we view it as a means for Symposium to push the boundary’s and increase overall raid performance. All attendance within Symposium is carefully tracked as well with transparent loot priorities, open communication with Class Leaders about loot is heavily encouraged.
