Actually I'm more interested in punish the thieves than retrieve the items (even if I was almost full t1), is it possible?

Hello! I've logged on today to check my mails before the ZK transfers since long time and I discovered my account was robbed, probably by goldsellers. I've just 2 questions: - Is possible to rollback the account? They even sold/destroy my ticket for transfer.... - Is possible to trace down ingame-mail or trades of my account to punish them? I would be sorry to terminate my game experience because of a bunch of biological waste.
